When a journalist should approach PPRT

This Association is fully dedicated for the press people and there is not any specified time to approach PPRT, Actually this is the truth that no one can change the world alone and for that we need a group of people who will backs and support PPRT either individually or in group basically whose interest and functions are consisted with the purpose of the association.
